Prof. Dr. Bülent Oktay is an experienced surgeon specializing in urology and kidney transplantation who served for many years at Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine. He has performed more than 1,500 kidney transplants and contributed to establishing one of the pioneering laparoscopy training centers in Türkiye.
