1. Membership and Profile Creation
To upload information and reports regarding the health issue you wish to consult, you must become a member of the eKonsey platform. Users may only register to consult their own reports. For consultants under the age of 18, parents may create a membership; for patients unable to apply on their own, first-degree relatives may submit an application. Create your personal profile using the "Register" button in the top right corner. All your data is protected under the highest security standards and confidentiality principles. Simply fill in the required information, read and accept the Terms of Membership, and press the confirm button.
2. Branch and Disease Selection
Take the first step by selecting the primary medical field and the specific disease related to your health concern through the system.
3. Uploading Medical Data to the System
Answer structured questions regarding your illness and upload your existing medical tests (laboratory results, radiological images, pathology reports, etc.) to the system. It is critical that your files are complete for the board to conduct the most accurate evaluation. Once the upload is complete, you will receive a notification email and sms confirming that your application has been received.
4. Appointment of the Online Medical Board
In light of the data you upload, the medical specialties required to review your case are determined by the Medical Director of eKonsey. A personalized "Online Medical Board" is appointed, consisting of senior specialist doctors from all relevant branches, and your file is taken under preliminary review by this board.
5. Preliminary Evaluation and Information
After the board members review your file, you will be informed about which medical branches will conduct the evaluation and how the process will proceed. At this stage, the scope of your case is clarified and made ready for professional opinion. If the information provided or tests uploaded are insufficient, a reasoned report detailing the missing information or required additional tests will be sent to you. If you wish, our system coordinators can guide you to ensure additional tests are completed as quickly as possible.
6. Selection of Service Model and Pricing
Based on the number of doctors in the medical board appointed to evaluate your case, you will be offered four different service options and a total price quote. You may choose the service model that best suits your needs:
- Written eKonsey Report: A comprehensive and scientific medical opinion report containing the board's views.
- Phone-Supported eKonsey: Verbal briefing from a specialist via telephone in addition to the board report.
- Online Video eKonsey: A simultaneous, interactive video conference consultation with the board doctors.
- Express eKonsey: A priority interactive video consultation with the board doctors within 48 hours.
7. Secure Payment and Commencement of the Process
After completing your payment through our secure payment infrastructure according to your chosen service model, your board officially begins its detailed scientific analysis of your case.

Common Consensus and Reporting: At the core of all service models lies the in-depth discussion of your case by board members via the digital panel and the preparation of a medical collective wisdom (consensus) report.
Telephone-Supported Process: In this model, following the upload of your written report to the system, you will be called by one of our specialist physicians to receive a detailed verbal explanation of the report's content, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
Video and Interactive Process: In video service models, our system coordinators organize your digital appointment by matching your schedule with those of the board member doctors. Preparation reminders are sent to you before the meeting; at the scheduled time, an interactive session is held where you can meet with the entire committee and direct your questions.
Express eKonsey Management: In this model, evaluated as an urgent case status, all coordination processes are prioritized, and the board is convened within 48 hours to complete the process as quickly as possible.
9. Result and Medical Opinion Report
